Alan is a Mechanical Engineering Technology graduate from Ryerson Polytechnical Institute (now Toronto Metropolitan University) and brings more than 45 years of HVAC industry experience. Throughout his career, he has become a trusted technical resource, recognized for his deep industry knowledge, practical approach to problem-solving, and exceptional attention to detail. His expertise spans system design, technical sales, and project management, helping clients deliver successful projects with confidence.
Ryan Demello, C.E.T.
Ryan is a graduate of the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT) with a diploma in Mechanical Engineering Technology and brings more than 16 years of HVAC industry experience. Combining technical expertise with a forward-thinking approach, he has built his career around delivering innovative solutions, leading complex projects, and creating lasting partnerships with clients. Passionate about developing high-performing teams, Ryan is committed to fostering a culture where people are empowered to take initiative, grow their careers, and make a meaningful impact.
